- 5-6 mini tomatoes

- 5 eggs
- 1/2 pack of shimeji mushrooms
- 5-6 mini tomatoes
- 3-4 asparagus spears
- 1 potato
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

#Instructions

1. Slice the potato into thin strips, soak in water for 5 minutes to prevent oxidation and remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry.
