#Ingredients:
1. 1 Korean pear 韓國梨
2. 30g southern apricot kernels 南杏
3. 10g northern apricot kernels 北杏
4. 50g snow fungus 銀耳
5. 3-4 dried figs 無花果
6. 600ml boiling water
7. Sugar or honey (optional, omit if you prefer less sweetness)
#Instructions:
1. Peel the pear, remove the core, and dice the flesh.
2. Rinse the southern and northern apricot kernels, and soak them in water for 10 minutes.
3. Rinse the figs and cut them open.
4. Soak the snow fungus for 30 minutes until softened, then tear it into smaller pieces.
5. Place all the ingredients into a High Speed blender.
6. Select the ”soy milk“ mode.
7. The blending process will take approximately 30 minutes until everything is thoroughly blended and cooked.
8. Once the blender beeps, turn it off and pour the dessert soup into a bowl to enjoy.
Notes:
- Start by placing the diced pear at the bottom, followed by the snow fungus and apricot kernels.
- Using boiling water can shorten the cooking time.
