Oysters: 600g Duck eggs or chicken eggs:6 Potato starch: Few 

Water: 80ml 

Fish sauce: 2 tsp Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander: 1 sprig  


Instructions 

1. Prepare the Oysters: Soak oysters in cornstarch water for 15 minutes, cleaning each one thoroughly. Rinse and repeat this process 2-3 times. Drain and pat dry.

3. Slice garlic, bell pepper, asparagus, or any other vegetables of your choice.

4. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, with a 1:1 ratio of water to pasta. Add salt (e.g. 1 tablespoon of salt for every 3 litres of water). Cook the pasta accordingly to package instructions.

5. Cook the lamb racks: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, reduce the heat to low and add the marinated lamb racks. If desired, add a little black pepper sauce for extra flavour. Sear each side for 1-2 minutes, then increase the heat to high and cook until both slides are golden brown (about 6-7minutes for medium-rare).

6. Let the lamb racks rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
A few slices of fresh ginger
2 bunches of green onions
Some salt
30ml sesame oil

Instructions:
1. *Prepare the Chicken*
- Rinse the chicken pieces and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
- In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients and rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken pieces
- Add the ginger slices and 1 bunch of chopped green onion to the chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour
- Place the marinated chicken in the rice cooker inner pot and close the lid
-Press the “Cook Rice” button on the rice cooker and let it cook until the cycle is complete.
- Once the rice cooker switches to the “Keep Warm” mode, let the chicken cool slightly, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.

2. *Prepare the Green Onion Oil Sauce*
- Finely chop the remaining bunch of green onions and drain any excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix the chopped green onions with ginger powder and salt.
Heat the small pan or saucepan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the green onion mixture, stir-fry until fragrant. Don’t overcook as it could taste bitter.

3. *Assemble and Serve*
- Transfer the shredded chicken to a serving plate
